At the moment all of our products are made with vegan leather.
All our cases come gift wrapped as standard. You can add a gift message to the lucky recipient on the basket page.
Don't worry if you missed out, most of our products will make a comeback. We let people know about new drops via our socials and newsletter. If you have a question about a specific product, please contact us.
The best place to keep an eye out for discounts or sales is on our socials. If you have a large or corporate order, we may be able to provide a discount for this.

We accept all major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay & Paypal.
Our products are built to last. A little wear and tear over time is normal but we want your case to stay instagrammable for as long as possible.
Avoid rubbing the case against rough surfaces, and try and keep it away from oils, chemicals, cosmetics and perfumes.
To give it a clean, use a little water and wipe (gently!).
Personalisation
All orders are personalised in-house by our team. We use several machines to personalise your item.
For our foil products we offer a gold, rose gold and silver foil. If you prefer to keep it simple, you can simply choose no personalisation, or go for our deboss option which presses your initials into the case itself.
For our printed products, we use our in-house printer to create your designs.
No worries, we’ve got you on this one. We’re able to monogram names on all or our foiled products. The size of the case will determine the character limit. All limits are displayed on the product page.

We currently offer both uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, full stop punctuation, the "&" symbol and "♥" symbol.

Lead times & delivery
Excited to receive the package? Don’t worry, we currently operate on a 3 working day processing time for all personalised orders. We’ll have your order to you in no time.
Once a member of our lovely team has processed your order, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email. Don't forget to check your junk folder, just in case!
Left it till the last minute? Get in touch and we’ll try our best to rush
the order through for you. During busy periods this may not be possible.
Returns & exchanges
We really hope you love your case but in the unlikely event that your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item with your order number & photos of the issue. We will gladly issue you with an exchange or credit note at our discretion.
As personalised items are made to order, we're unable to accept returns on personalised items. Please triple check the personalisation on your item before placing the order. We are able to accept returns on non personalised items.
